Age Requirement
Nexet is intended for adults 18 years of age or older. You may not use Nexet if you are under 18.
Purpose of the App
Nexet provides dream journaling, dream reflection, dream encyclopedia content, almanac-style readings, dream story features, coins, and membership benefits. The app is intended for entertainment, journaling, and personal reflection.
No Professional Advice
Dream interpretations, readings, reminders, and related content are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, spiritual, or predictive advice. You should not rely on Nexet to make health, safety, legal, financial, or other important life decisions.
Acceptable Use
- Use Nexet only for lawful personal purposes.
- Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the app or its systems.
- Do not use Nexet to create, store, or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
- Do not represent app-generated content as professional advice or guaranteed truth.
Purchases, Coins, and Subscriptions
Nexet may offer subscriptions and coin purchases. Coins are virtual items used only within Nexet for eligible in-app features. Subscriptions unlock membership benefits for the active subscription period. Purchases are handled through the applicable app store and may be subject to additional app store terms.
Local Content and Data Loss
Dream entries, images, readings, and preferences may be stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, clear app data, or lose access to your device, local content may be lost.
Intellectual Property
Nexet, including its design, text, interface, branding, and app experience, is owned by or licensed to Nexet. You may not copy, sell, distribute, or create derivative products from Nexet without permission.
Changes and Availability
We may update, suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of Nexet at any time. We may also update these Terms of Use by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
