This Membership Agreement explains the subscription benefits, billing rules, renewal, cancellation, and usage limits for Nexet membership. By purchasing or using a Nexet membership, you agree to this agreement and the Nexet Terms of Use.
Membership Benefits
- Unlimited dream interpretations during an active membership period.
- Access to the complete dream story experience where available in the app.
- Removal of ads from the Nexet experience where ads are shown.
Subscription Plans
Nexet may offer weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly subscription options. Prices are displayed in the app before purchase and may vary by region, tax, currency, promotion, or app store settings.
Auto-Renewal
Membership subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, unless auto-renewal is turned off.
Managing and Canceling
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting Nexet does not automatically cancel an active subscription. After cancellation, membership benefits remain available until the end of the current paid period.
Coins and Membership
Coins and membership are separate in-app products. Coins may be used for eligible pay-as-you-go features, while membership unlocks the subscription benefits described in this agreement. Coin balances are not cash, cannot be exchanged for money, and are used only within Nexet.
Free Trials and Promotions
If Nexet offers a free trial or promotional subscription, the terms will be shown before purchase. When a trial ends, the subscription may renew as a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends.
Refunds
Payments are processed by Apple or the applicable app store. Refund requests are handled according to the app store's refund policies and procedures. Nexet does not guarantee that a refund request will be approved.
Changes to Benefits or Pricing
We may update membership benefits, plan availability, or pricing from time to time. Changes will apply according to applicable law and app store rules. If a price change requires your consent, the app store will provide the required notice or consent flow.
Appropriate Use
Membership benefits are for personal use by adults 18 years of age or older. Dream interpretations and story content remain entertainment and self-reflection content only and should not be treated as professional advice or guaranteed outcomes.
Relationship to Other Terms
This Membership Agreement supplements the Nexet Terms of Use and the applicable app store terms. If there is a conflict between this agreement and mandatory app store rules, the app store rules will apply to purchase, renewal, cancellation, and refund matters.
