Nexet is designed as a private dream journal and reflection experience for adults 18 years of age and older. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, what stays on your device, and how you may contact us.
We only collect the user ID needed to identify your app session, your coin information, and your subscription information. Dream entries, images, moods, readings, preferences, and other personal content are not collected by us and are stored on your device for in-app use.
Information We Collect
- User ID or visitor identifier used to support the app experience.
- Coin balance and coin transaction status needed to provide virtual coin features.
- Subscription status and membership plan information needed to provide paid membership benefits.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect your dream text, dream images, mood selections, saved readings, search history, profile image, phone contacts, precise location, microphone recordings, health data, calendar data, or advertising profile. These items, when used in the app, remain on your device for local app functions.
How Information Is Used
The limited information we collect is used to maintain your app session, show coin balance, process coin-based access, confirm subscription rights, prevent duplicate entitlement errors, and provide customer support when you contact us.
Local Storage
Dream records, readings, settings, images, and private journal content are stored locally on your device. If you delete the app or clear app data, locally stored content may be removed and cannot be restored by Nexet.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Subscriptions and coin purchases are handled through the applicable app store payment system. Nexet receives entitlement status needed to unlock features, but we do not receive your full payment card number.
Age Requirement
Nexet is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, do not use the app.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards for the limited information described in this policy. No method of electronic storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
